DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

General Living Areas & Bedrooms

• Standard: Dusting (ceiling fans, window blinds, sills, doors, trims, baseboards, and furniture), vacuuming carpets, sweeping and microfiber mopping floors, changing linens, emptying trash, and wiping light switches/door knobs.
• Extra add-ons available upon request: Laundry services, excess pet hair removal, excess trash, or excess clutter.

* Move-In/Move-Out items included: Wiping the interior and exterior of all cabinets; Deep cleaning of all interior windows and sills; Wiping down all doors, trims, and baseboards.

Kitchen

• Standard: Cleaning all appliance exteriors (fridge, dishwasher, oven, etc.), cleaning inside the microwave, cleaning and degreasing the range-top, cleaning sinks and countertops, loading the dishwasher, taking out the trash, and dusting exterior cabinets.
• Extra add-ons available upon request: Small appliances deep cleaning, grease/grime scraping, or stain removal.

*Move-In/Move-Out items included: Deep cleaning the Oven; Deep cleaning the Refrigerator; Wiping the interior and exterior cabinets.

Bathrooms

• Standard: Dusting ceiling fans, window blinds, and sills; cleaning showers and bathtubs; cleaning sinks and mirrors; cleaning toilets.
• Extra add-ons available upon request: Calcium buildup removal in bathroom or tub.

*Move-In/Move-Out items included: Wiping the interior and exterior cabinets; Deep cleaning interior windows and sills.

Garage & Miscellaneous

• Standard: Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping staircases and the laundry room.
• Extra add-ons available upon request: Full garage cleaning or post-construction dust removal. Exterior windows. Junk Hauling. Wall washing. Paint or stain removal. Carpet shampooing or upholstery cleaning. Excessive Trash or debris removal. Removal of adhesives, nails, screws, stickers, glue, or gunk. Repair or remediation of permanent damage
