1. Payment & Deposits

• Deposit: A small deposit proportional to the size of your job may be required to book for first-time visits.
• Payment: Balance is due on cleaning day. We accept Zelle (469-349-8242) or Credit Cards (adds a 5% fee).
• Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, you lose your deposit and any CC fees. We may also require full prepayment for any future bookings.

2. Home Safety & Preparation

• Utilities: We must have access to running water and electricity to clean.
• Pre-Existing Issues: You must notify us of any drainage issues, broken appliances, loose fixtures (like chandeliers or towel racks), or doors that don't stay on their hinges. We are not responsible for damage to items that were already loose or broken.
• Liability: We are bonded and insured. In the event of accidental damage caused by our team, we cover repairs up to the total value of the cleaning service.

3. Professional Boundaries

• Unattended Minors: An adult (18+) must be present at all times if children are in the home. If all adults leave the premises while minors are present, our team will stop work immediately and leave. You will still be charged the full service fee.
• Illegal Activity: We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal drugs or any illegal activity on the premises. If our team encounters these, we will leave immediately, and the full service fee will be charged.
• Safety: We reserve the right to refuse service if a home is a biohazard (excessive waste/pests) or if the environment feels unsafe.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

• 24-Hour Rule: If we missed something, tell us within 24 hours. We will come back and fix it for free. We do not offer refunds once the service is completed.

5. Logistics

• Pets: Please crate or secure pets that may be stressed by cleaners or vacuum noise.
• Access: If we are locked out (no code/key) and cannot reach you within 15 minutes, we will leave and charge the 50% cancellation fee.

Agreement: By booking with us, you authorize Kiki's House Cleaning LLC to perform the work and agree to these terms. We look forward to making your home sparkle!
